Precision Grinding
As our material comes with a plus tolerance, we recognise that sometimes the need arises for our rods to have a tighter tolerance. Therefore, our precision grinding service suitably prepares rods to suit our customers collets and tooling requirements to reduce their processing times and to speed up production.
Thickness Planing
Our planing service reduces the thicknesses of our sheet and plate material, offering a tighter tolerance so that the time taken to machine the material is reduced.
With a thickness planing of +/- 0.3mm and with a maximum length of 3000mm, width of 620mm and thickness of 300mm - our planing services are open to a variety of materials.
Billeting
We noticed an increasing demand for our rods to be cut to size and have invested in three billeting saws to be able to cater to the exact needs of all our customers, with a maximum capacity of 350mm diameter available.
Cutting
No longer do you have to buy a full sheet of plastic and have waste material to spare. Instead, make the most of our cut to size service - with a maximum length of 3000mm, width of 2000mm and thickness of 110mm available with our cutting tools. We can send specific cut pieces to save you time and money.
