Polystone P® MG Heat Stabilized Polypropylene is another of our high-performance products that's widely sought after by medical engineering and pharmaceutical companies. Its superior dimensional stability gives it excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, and makes it easy to machine and mark with lasers. PPH MG also conforms to FDA, USP Class VI & ISO 10993 and is sterilisable in autoclave. Typical areas of application include:

With its excellent dimensional stability, resistance to steam autoclaving and low moisture absorption, Polystone® P MG is explicitly aimed for surgical trays & caddies. The compression molded polypropylene, manufactured by a distinctive heat stabilisation process makes it easy to machine. In addition Polystone® P MG can be laser marked and is USP Class VI and FDA compliant.
